Seattle outfit Sludge Mother pulls directly from the Soundgarden and Alice in Chains playbook: heavy, fuzzed-out riffs and vocals with real weight behind them. They've shared bills with SAP, most recently at Heartwood Soundstage in Gainesville, and have built a following in the grunge revival underground.
