Salsa Verde is a Michigan State University ensemble founded in 2008 that performs Afro-Cuban music featuring works by Celia Cruz, Tito Puente, Marc Anthony, and Gloria Estefan with original arrangements by the band. The group, composed of MSU College of Music students and faculty, regularly performs at concerts, festivals, and cultural events throughout Michigan.
